Arte e tabù: il disgusto e i limiti della rappresentazione

Referring to the notion of representation, I will argue idea that disgust continues constitute a limitation for art and presence disgusting can be read through Freudian taboo. The indulgence artistic creation in disgust, fact, would confirm fact only what is domesticated, thus does not arouse authentic assimilated by art. On contrary, remains taboo insofar as it indicates absolutely other, unassimilable, non-domesticated animality extraneous process civilization. It is, after all, classical aesthetics had already shown today reread terms.
